Chaos Blade is a hard hitting 4 piece melodic metal band spawned under the burning sun of the Mojave desert. The brutal wind-blasted landscape and harsh reality of the murder capital of California seep constantly into the primal sound of the band. And while they can crush an audience with pure sonic assault as well as anyone, the thing that really sets them apart from other bands is songs. Chaos Blade is one of the few bands in metal today who are interested in the ancient art of songwriting. They take a profound interest in memorable melodies and lyrics that are meaningful and thought provoking while other bands seem content to scream random obsceneties that are drowned out by the band anyway.
